3 months and counting... and on to sherbrooke...

So I have been in dunham now for 3 months with little outreaches to other places, and have come to know God in a way that i never knew to be possible... He has answered every prayer... I still have some stuff to work through and on, but things have been going really well.... I have really enjoyed my time here in dunham, and want to thank you all for your prayers and support... I really feel like this is where God wants me to be.

Now just before I go to africa, france, and switzerland, I am going to a mini outreach to sherbrooke, QC for a week and then i will be able to write one last blog telling you about sherbrooke and I wont be able to keep in contact with you.... For those of you who know me really well... I was only able to put close family and my pastor on the mailing list and so if you want information about what is going on with me, just ask my family... I love you all! and i will see you in 3 months!!! God bless!!!

the I heart revolution...

I was watching this trailer for the I heart revolution when I just thought... When people go down to 2/3 world countries and they bring clothes and lots of things, then they might think thats where we get our happiness, even if we say it's from jesus.... Or they will think that if we have jesus we get lots of stuff.... but if we join them, at where they are.... then we can show them... we have what you have and we are still happy because we have the love of jesus christ in us... and he is with us always...

Just a thought I had...

God is faithful and Amazing!!!

God is so awesome... He has been showing me some absolutely amazing things... When your convicted and shown that you are doing something wrong... It is always really needed, but once you get through it with him, It is so worth it...

God has been working in me these three weeks that I have been here now, and I feel like it has been so much longer because of all the amazing things he has done in me already... God is truly faithful... I felt like before that God wasn't answering my prayers because I had been drifting from God and praying that he would show me why I was, but I wasn't trusting him, and just time and time again..... As I am in his will, i feel as if he is just smiling down on me... It is so amazing to be able to feel his presence and his contentment in me again... NOT that I am perfect but that I am trying to seek and do his will for my life...

This week we talked about relationships and it was amazing... We talked about some things that were difficult but it was amazing... We had amazing times of worship and just putting things before the cross... God's presence is a growing addiction of mine he he :) I love it more and more and want more and more...

I love you all and miss you very much!!!! Please continue to pray for me!!! That God would show me stuff i need to change and use me for his will!!!

Not my will, but yours be done Lord!!!!!

My first two weeks in YWAM

I have been in YWAM now for two weeks and i love it!!!!! It has been so amazing... This is where God wants me I just know it... Everyone is so nice, we are all like one big family... My first week was more of an introduction week, but then this week was when it all really started... We had small groups last night for the first time, and we all have community service, and I am going to be volunteering at a coffee shop, and then I do maintenance at the base...

Food is really good, and everything is really wonderful. We are going to be focusing on our creative gifts that we believe God has given us, and they are showing us a way to use them for the glory of God and a bunch of amazing things...

The first speaker we had was derek schoenhoff, and the first time he spoke it was an answer to prayer for me and totally confirmed that this is where I am meant to be... Watch out satan!!!! I am being trained!!! ha ha ha!
